I use a blend of proven, trauma-informed methods to help you break painful patterns, process emotions, and reconnect with yourself. You don’t need to know these names—what matters is that the work is deep, grounded, and tailored to you.
Trauma-Informed Care – We move at your pace. I prioritize safety, consent, and trust—so you can explore hard things without feeling overwhelmed.
Somatic Therapy – We listen to your body, not just your thoughts. Trauma lives in the body, and healing happens when we include it.
Jungian Depth Psychology – We explore unconscious patterns, symbols, and parts of yourself you’ve lost touch with.
Emotion-Focused Therapy – We work with emotions directly—because feeling is part of healing.
Gestalt Therapy – We focus on the present moment and how you relate to yourself and others—right here, right now.
IFS (Internal Family Systems) – We meet your “inner parts”—the ones that protect, avoid, or carry pain—so they can work together again.
Hakomi – A gentle, mindfulness-based approach to notice patterns and make space for change.
Psychodynamic Therapy – We look at how your past shaped your present—and how you can choose differently now.
